Marine Employer Encounters
CMA utilise the skills of over 107 Marine Ambassadors to help and enlighten young people who are looking for information in the Marine sector.
Often, young people looking for jobs and/ or training are not aware of the opportunities the local Marine sector has to offer.
Employers will be involved in raising awareness of the Cornish Marine sector, promoting their organisation, and giving insight into available job roles and the journey they went through. Employers will help young people understand the skills and training needed to perform their role, and raise the understanding to get involved.
We can offer a combination of activities listed below within a single day, or spread activities out over multiple days to meet your needs and student timetables. In addition to the below, we can customise the time and size of activities to meet your requirements and provide a quote accordingly.
