We have x2 key sessions that take around 1-hour each to deliver and we also have an assembly to deliver before the sessions starts.
Assembly and workbook completion
Risk assessments, safe working and common hazards
Workplace safety signs and manual handling
Delivered to a classroom sized cohort, usually Year 10 and prior to their Work Experience placement. This workshop prepares learners with the essential up-to-date information on Health, Safety and Welfare in the workplace, including their rights and responsibilities, which they must be told prior to their placement.
Learners will be given a good awareness of how to look after themselves and others whilst in the workplace, leaving them confident and ready for the workplace.
