CMA is able to provide essential Health and Safety support prior to a Work Experience Placement (in partnership with Cornwall EBP)
Basic SERVICE Content:
This workshop will cover:
- We have x2 key sessions that take around 1-hour each to deliver and we also have an assembly to deliver before the sessions starts.
- Assembly and workbook completion
- Risk assessments, safe working and common hazards
- Workplace safety signs and manual handling

Delivered to a classroom sized cohort, usually Year 10 and prior to their Work Experience placement. This workshop prepares learners with the essential up-to-date information on Health, Safety and Welfare in the workplace, including their rights and responsibilities, which they must be told prior to their placement.
Learners will be given a good awareness of how to look after themselves and others whilst in the workplace, leaving them confident and ready for the workplace.
