ABOUT THE OFFER
We provide bespoke, one-to-one education and support for young people referred by the Council, who are at risk of becoming NEET, are home educated, or require additional support to engage with learning and progress towards their future goals. Delivery is tailored to each learner’s individual needs and takes place in their home or at a local Family Hub, creating a flexible and accessible learning environment
Our support includes:
- Functional Skills English and Maths – supporting learners to build confidence and achieve recognised qualifications
- Employability Skills – developing the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to progress into employment, further education or training
- Science – providing tailored learning and support to help learners develop their subject knowledge and meet their individual goals
- Level 6 Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) – providing high-quality, impartial guidance around education, training, employment and progression pathways
- Bespoke 1-to-1 packages – individually designed around each young person’s abilities, needs, interests and aspirations
- Flexible local delivery – sessions are delivered in the learner’s home or in a local Family Hub, helping to remove barriers to participation and support consistent engagement
Our aim is to re-engage young people with learning, build their confidence and skills, and support them towards positive progressions into education, employment or further training
