I was referred onto the Game Changer programme, with the Cornwall Marine Academy as I was unemployed and looking for an opportunity within the Marine sector. I wanted to improve my communication skills whilst on programme.

What action did you take?
I met a CMA Ambassador to find out about their charities, missions and opportunities. This helped me gain my confidence and improve my communication skills whilst talking to employees.
The Difference
What difference has this made?
As a result of this support, I was proactive when approaching a CMA Ambassador. They said my skills and education experience would be beneficial for one of their Boat Tour Guides and made me a conditional job offer, which I have accepted.
